Our story
Before Overseas Medical Express, our team ran Chuxin Medical (初心医疗), helping patients from China travel abroad for treatment. That work taught us what people need when they seek care far from home: someone who understands how the hospitals work, who speaks their language, and who stays with them from the first enquiry to the journey home.
Over the past few years, China's hospitals have advanced quickly, and some new medicines are now available in China before they reach other countries. So we now do the reverse: we help patients from abroad get treatment at leading hospitals in China, with the same care we once gave to patients travelling the other way.
