Questions patients ask
Who writes the second opinion?
Our medical team prepares it together with specialist doctors we work with in China, chosen for your condition.
How long does it take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks after we have your complete records. Your coordinator will tell you if your case needs longer.
Does it cost anything?
No. The second opinion is free, and asking for one does not commit you to anything.
Do I have to come to China afterwards?
No. Many patients use the opinion to talk with their own doctors at home. If you do decide to come, the opinion is the starting point for planning your treatment.
Is a second opinion the same as a diagnosis?
No. It is based only on the records you send. Your treating doctors make the final decisions after seeing you in person.
