Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Overseas Medical Express collects when you use this website or our services, why we need it, who we share it with and what rights you have. We handle medical information, so we keep this as simple and as limited as we can.
1. Who we are
Overseas Medical Express (海医直通车) is operated by Beijing Haiyifu Technology Co., Ltd. (北京海医付科技有限公司). In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to Overseas Medical Express. We help international patients arrange medical care at hospitals in China. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in our consultation form, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as:
- your name, email address, WhatsApp number and country;
- your diagnosis, medical history, test results, scans and other medical records;
- if you decide to travel: passport details, travel dates and the names of people travelling with you, which we need for visa invitation letters, hospital registration, flights and hotels.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to run and secure the website. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
You can browse the website without giving us any personal information.

Links to WhatsApp take you to WhatsApp's own service, which has its own privacy policy.
