How it works

From your first message to your flight home, one coordinator looks after everything. Here is what happens at each stage.

  1. 1

    Tell us about your situation

Send us your diagnosis and recent reports through the form, WhatsApp or email. A coordinator replies within one working day and becomes your single point of contact.

What we need from you: Your diagnosis, recent test results or scans, and the country you live in.

    Get a specialist review

With your consent, we share your records with a specialist team at a suitable hospital. You receive their opinion and a proposed plan, translated into your language, before you decide anything. If you are not sure yet whether to travel, you can start with a written second opinion.

What we need from you: Your consent to share your records, and any questions you want the doctors to answer.

    Plan your trip

Once you decide to go ahead, we book your appointments or admission and arrange the visa invitation letter, flights, a hotel near the hospital and airport pickup.

What we need from you: Your passport details and preferred travel dates.

    Treatment in China

Your coordinator and a medical interpreter go with you to every appointment. We handle registration, payments and paperwork, so you can focus on getting better.

What we need from you: Nothing extra. Just bring your medical records and your questions.

    Back home

You leave with translated discharge reports. We stay in touch, arrange remote follow-up with your doctors in China, and plan return visits if you need them.

What we need from you: Share your progress with us, so we can keep your doctors updated.

Questions patients ask

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. A coordinator talks with you and takes an initial look at your records to see whether and where care in China could be arranged. This costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. It is not a medical opinion; for that, see our second opinion service.

Do I need to speak Chinese?

No. A medical interpreter is with you at every appointment, and we translate all your documents.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

We arrange your appointment as soon as possible. Timing depends on the hospital and the treatment, and your coordinator will give you a timeline once your case has been reviewed.

What visa do I need?

It depends on your nationality. Many visitors can now enter China visa-free for short stays; others apply for a visa with our invitation letter. Your coordinator will check the requirements for your country.

Is my medical information kept private?

Yes. We only share your records with the hospitals reviewing your case, and only with your permission.

Can my family come with me?

Yes. We arrange visas, flights and accommodation for companions too.
